Concept:
To do continuous
efforts to provide job opportunities / employment according to
the efficiency and qualification of the candidates who had been
trained by ITI and to be helpful to receive employment to all
the Trainees (100% trainees). Placement advisory Bureau has been started all once
the Gujarat. It includes the placement advisory Bureau which was
established and working at ITI, Bhavnagar
Lookout:
Its works mainly
includes providing employment / Jobs. The Government is giving
best emphasis to provide employment at its best. The PLB is
active for this purpose its work is registered all candidates.
It includes the registration of the candidates who are already
trained and those who are still getting training. It helps the
trainees to increase and update their general knowledge by
providing books, magazines, daily/weekly articles, news papers
related to career. It also take care to provide guidance and
latest information to the trainees by experts make aware the
trainees about jobs, self employment and career trends and to
motivate the post trainees to apply for the various jobs which
are advertise on different websites on internet.
Above this the bureau also arranges campus
interviews recruitment, fair etc. for the trainees after
contacting various employers and reaching vacancies for various
posts. It also works to decrease the gap between expectation of
employers and efficiency of candidates also helps to train the
candidates by counseling.
Facilities:
Various news papers
such as Saurastra Samachar, Gujarat Samachar, Sandesh, Times of
India, Indian Express etc. are available out of this two English
news papers are also there which helps the trainees to learn
English and update their general knowledge it also provides 12
magazines and Internet facilities cutting of various
advertisement for job are available on the notice board of the
bureau.
